Did you know that damselflies and dragonflies are important predators? Have you ever tried to catch one? As part of our Citizen Science initiative, we will collect, identify and report our “damsels and dragons” sightings to the Ontario Odonata Atlas. Photographers will want to bring a camera to capture these beautiful and ferocious beasts. Please wear a hat, closed-toed shoes and sun screen. This activity is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Sunset pavilion.
Preregistration is not required.
This event is free for Grand River Parks Members and those who have paid park admission fees.
