Do you know that damselflies and dragonflies are important predators? Have you ever tried to catch one? As part of our Citizen Science initiative, we will collect, identify and report our “damsels and dragons” sightings to the Toronto Entomologists Association. Photographers will want to bring a camera to capture these beautiful and ferocious beasts. Please wear a hat, closed-toe shoes and sunscreen. This activity is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. This program will be 1.5 hours. Meet at the Sunset Pavilion.
This opportunity is open to volunteers including high school students (bring your own paperwork to log your community involvement).
